How to check / change WiFi password?

To check or change your WiFi password, please follow these steps:

  1. Connect and log in to your router: Make sure your device is connected to the router via Ethernet LAN cable.

  2. Open a Web Browser: Launch a web browser on your device (e.g., Chrome, Firefox).

  3. Enter the Router's IP Address: Type in the router's IP address 192.168.0.1 in the address bar. Press Enter.

  4. Key in the password Freshtel2963 or Freshtel2963@ to log in.

  5. Navigate to the Basic settings and select the Wireless settings. Go to Basic > Wireless.

  6. You can change the WiFi password for both 2.4G and 5G networks, then click save.

Note:

  • If you use a wireless device to change the wireless settings, you will be disconnected after the new settings are effective.

  • Please write down the new SSID and password for future use.

  • Please note that SSID refers to your WiFi name, and we recommend using the same password for both 2.4G and 5G connections. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call us at 03-9078 2963!
